Equipment Operator

Pay: $21–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Occasional Surdays: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

About the Opportunity

Waste Connections is hiring a dependable Equipment Operor to support daily operions the White Oak Landfill in Monroe, LA. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to keeping our landfill running safely and efficiently.

Wh You’ll Do

• Opere heavy equipment including trackhoes, dozers, compactors, off‑road dump trucks, and tractors

• Serve as a spotter to ensure safe movement of vehicles and personnel

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Pull, spread, and compact trash

• Haul and place dirt as needed

• Work outdoors in all weher conditions

Wh We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience opering dozers and trackhoes

• Strong commitment to safety and operional excellence

• Reliable, self‑motived, and able to work in all weher

• Team‑oriented with a positive, professional titude
