2020 dual axle 7X14 cargo trailer converted to camper. Bought new in 2020 then started the conversion. Black & Gray holding tanks. bathroom (commode & shower). 6000 btu A/C/with remote, 1 1/2 years old. Refrigerator with small freezer section. 7 gal. electric water heater. Microwave. Television. Sink in cabinet. 6 electric outlets inside and one outside. Outside 30AMP hookup. Water connection. Cable connection and an extra 20 amp outlet outside connected to inside outlet to run elec. heater separately from camper. Has steps, 3 stabilizer jacks. New tires. Two rooftop vents, 1 is 12volt. Single rollaway bed, which is only a few months old. (Camper can be easily converted to add a double rollaway bed instead of single). Walls, ceiling and floor is insulated. Walls and ceiling paneled. Laminate flooring. Comes with weight distribution hitch, electric tongue jack, spare tire and sewer connection hoses. Pex water lines. Electric lines in wall. 2-2 door cabinets, l-l door cabinet, 1- 3 drawer cabinet and a 2 door overhead cabinet. Camper in excellent condition. Great for Hunting camp, Fishing Camp, Camping, or maybe student live-in or anything else you might want it for.
