$5,000.00 Sign on bonus
Southeast/Midwest minimum 2 weeks out (some can get thru the house weekly)
OTR running Southeast/Midwest/Northeast minimum 2 weeks out
Paid Orientation in Dallas, TX $500 for 3 1/2 days
